Opening of Sydney offices.

International Financial Systems (i-financial) have opened offices in Sydney, Australia under the directorship of Martyn Rees. Martyn was previously with Anchor Systems who are an International Financial Systems partner in respect of their Sentinel lending software. Martyn, who has worked with International Financial Systems for a long time said "the combination of International Financial Systems' products and the current demands within Australia means that this is a very exciting and stimulating business opportunity".

I-financial have taken the decision to open in Australia due to the very high level of interest in its AML/CTF software MLTrac. Australia introduced the first part of its AML/CTF legislation in December 2006 which, over time, will bring it's practices in line with the rest of the world.

The UK and the USA are the leading exponents in AML/CTF practices. This knowledge and experience along with the cost effective MLTrac software has generated a great deal of interest amongst SME's and Credit Unions is in Australia.
