The options that the banks customer sees as part of iBank is configured by the bank at the time of system implementation and can be, if desired, configured down to the individual customer level.

Secure e-mail

Of particular relevance is iBank's secure e-mail system. This enables the customers of the bank to communicate directly with them by e-Mail over an encrypted secure link thereby eliminating the possibility that SMTP traffic might go astray or be intercepted. Customer secure e-mails are automatically routed to the account officer, or team, that are responsible for the management of that customer's relationship with the bank.

White labeling

iBank can be white labeled to have any acronym appropriate to the bank's marketing strategy.

Back Office System Independent

iBank can be configured to work with it any legacy system thereby enabling any financial institution to offer Internet services to their customers with minimal disruption to their existing infrastructure.

iConsolidator™

This is the mechanism by which information may be fed, or taken, into iBank from multiple and disparate legacy back-office systems. There is no limit to the amount and type of information that may be held, and displayed, by iBank - imagination or the lack of data is the only restricting factor.

iConsolidator does not require the bank to have existing in-house data processing skills to take data from a legacy system. If the system is based on an SQL database then iConsolidator will retrieve the information directly. Alternatively if information can only be provided as flat ASCII comma separated files iConsolidator will use those. If neither of these options is available, then provided the information is available on a printed computer report and held in a spool file, this too can be used as a data source for iConsolidator.

iTransact™

Where a legacy back-office system is unable to accommodate payment message production or balance changes in real time then iTransact sits between it and iBank and manages this important function giving the bank, to a large extent, all of the benefits of Straight Through Processing.
