Launch of Contact Management System (CMS)

International Financial Systems announce the launch of a Contact Managers System as a complementary product to the BankWare.Net core banking product. CMS is a data repository into which all contact information with a customer can be stored. Letters and other paper-based documents such as loan agreements can be scanned and stored either by the customer or the underlying account.

CMS interfaces into Microsoft Outlook for the purposes of sending, receiving and archival of e-mail messages. It also enables the customer services operator to be able to diarise and make appointments on behalf of Account Officers.
